Comments Wow, this place is amazing.  Despite it's size, the food quality is consistently top notched.  There is a reason why they are so successful that they don't bother to take reservation after 6.30pm, but the wait is well worth it.  If there is one restaurant to try in Beijing, this is it.
Most Memorable dish(es) Fish "lion's head" ball with broad bean puree, Roast duck, very fine tofu shred soup, Saffron braised cabbage with chestnut
