|Oliveto serves some of the best pasta in the world. Focusing on the purity of the ingredient, chef Paul (a Chez Panisse alum) churn out incredible pastas with intensely pure flavors. The texture of the pasta is one of the best I have ever had. Appetizers are good too, but I would avoid the main dishes as they are anticlimax after the extraordinary pastas.|
