|The strength of this restaurant is its focus on selecting the best ingredients. The owner went as far as raising their own pigs, growing vegetables and curing their own ham. This dedication and sincerity of culinary excellence clear shows in their well though out dishes and even simple dishes are clearly a notch above its competition. With this philosophy permeating to the rest of the industry, the overall Shanghai restaurants quality bar will certainly rise. Bravo!|
